Am I able to cancel my order ?

Unfortunately no , once an order is placed there will be no cancellations so please make sure the information you provided is correct . We will ship orders to rhe address provided so make sure to double check while placing orders.

What does preorder mean ?

When an item is on preorder it means that there will be an extra 5/10 days processing time .

How long is the process?

Process time is 4/10 days . Processing time does not include the shipping time you paid for at checkout .
